2026 Season
After coming so close at the Legends Tour School, the 2026 season promises to be an exciting journey! My game is in great shape, and there are fantastic opportunities ahead. A top priority will be the Senior Open Qualifier, especially after narrowly missing out in a playoff last year. The Senior PGA Championship at Royal Dornoch also presents a great chance to qualify for the Legends Senior PGA at Trump Aberdeen.

Overseas Pro-Am’s
Join me for overseas pro-am golf experiences at some of Europe’s finest resorts. Ideal for golfers who enjoy great courses, great company, and a competitive edge, these trips combine tournament style golf with premium travel and first class hospitality.
Each pro-am features multiple competitive rounds alongside myself on championship courses, with professionally organised events with time to enjoy the resort.
Whether you’re testing your game abroad or travelling with like minded golfers, my overseas pro-ams deliver a memorable experience from start to finish.

About Me
I have been a golf professional for 30 years, spending much of my career as a club professional at courses in Surrey and Kent.
In 2016, I reignited my passion for competitive golf, setting my sights on earning a Legends Tour card. The journey has been filled with both challenges and successes, but my dedication remains stronger than ever. Each step brings new opportunities, and I continue striving toward my ultimate goal.
With hard work and perseverance, I look forward to seeing where this incredible path leads. The best is yet to come!

Meet David
I started golf at the age of fourteen, in Deal Kent, quickly falling in love with the game, I attained my first handicap of 10 and worked hard to improve eventually getting to one before turning Pro. I took to being a professional from event one, finishing in fourth position. As a young professional I played in as many events as I could and made some progress but it was clear at this stage I was not quite good enough. In my thirties I became a club professional seldomly playing.
In my early forties I came back to golf, this time round I was more confident in my abilities. I started to win events and believed I could and would win. With an eye on turning 50 and being eligible to play seniors golf I dedicated myself to the game. I relinquished my club pros position and concentrated solely on my golf.
The Covid pandemic was not timed well for me, I missed out on two opportunities to enter the Tour School but I did not stand idol, I entered as many qualifier events as I was able and played in the 2021 Rolex Senior Open & Austrian Senior Open that year. I joined the legends Tour and entered the Tour championship in Mauritius, though this event was eventually rained off.
In 2022 I qualified for the Staysure Senior PGA and in January 2023 attended the Tour School for the first time. Although I was not successful in qualifying, I know it is only a matter of time before I achieve a full card.
In 2023 I managed to qualify for both the British Senior Open and the British PGA. It was a year of many good results and performances but there is still so much more to come.
The 2025 Legends Tour Qualifying School is my primary target with the prospect of gaining full playing right onto the Tour. In 2024 I finished 17th at the Tour School, so with a small improvement I would expect to be in the mix for one of the five tour card available.
